Cavendish House has one of the best aspects in the Stockton Riverside development, with stunning views over the River Tees. The refurbishment design brief involved giving the public areas and some of the office space a major facelift in keeping with its Grade A office specification. Working with Dodds Brown on behalf of the landlord and tenants, Office Options undertook an extensive improvement schedule.

New feature lighting over reception desk
Glass wall partitioning, soundproofing and new kitchen installation for a tenants’ office
