Foundever Newcastle Refurbishment
Location: Q4, Quorum Park, Newcastle upon Tyne
Office Options were tasked with refurbishing the Foundever Newcastle office located across a full floor of the Quorum Q4 building. The project included the design and installation of a flexible workspace incorporating the client’s branding and new colour palette via feature walls and soft furnishings. Working closely with the client, the interior design team produced CAD designs and 3D visualisations which were closely replicated on-site by our projects team.
The design incorporated full-height glass walls, meeting rooms, open plan office space, new acoustic vinyl walkways and carpet tiles throughout, a new food servery and a large open canteen area with dining tables and comfortable seating.
Fit-out works included:
- Partitions & frameless glass walls to create private offices and meeting rooms
- New LED lighting system installation
- Canteen upgrade with new kitchen installation
- Suspended ceiling repairs
- Air conditioning & FCU ductwork modifications
- Power and data changes to suit new space layout
- Reception desk installation and bespoke signage
- Installation of new carpet tiles and acoustic LVT flooring planks throughout
